About Me

Over the past couple of years I kept hearing a quiet call to create. The call grew louder as I got to know myself better, and eventually it pulled me from a successful career in tech into a 12-week furniture intensive in wintery coastal Maine. The quiet of the town and of stepping away let me hear what I’d been missing.

Furniture-making fills me up in a way nothing else has. It channels my creativity and my love of precision, excellence, and craft. The fussy attention to detail that felt misplaced elsewhere fits perfectly at the bench.

Today I run a one-person studio in Bernal Heights, San Francisco, building custom pieces to last for generations. If you’re looking for locally made custom furniture that delights the senses and ages gracefully, I’d love to design something with you.
